Exchange & Refund Policy

The item will not be returned or exchanged unless there is a valid reason. In case the item you received is damaged or defective, you can return the item in the same condition as received however it should be with the original packing. Similar procedure will be followed in case you have received a wrong product. Once we receive the returned item the refund process will be set into action upon inspection of the product received.

The return process must be initiated in the first 15 days after receiving the product, any return or exchange request after the outlined period will not be entertained.
